gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 software package provides Fluendo mp3 decoder GStreamer plugin, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3
gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 *
